  Volker is a pleasure to deal with. His knowledge and quality of service is fantastic. The premises are in a spotless condition which makes you comfortable when using this business.

  I sent my Porsche Boxster to Volker with faulty central locking. Porsche Centre Perth could not fix the issue, thousands of dollars spent replacing actuators and modules which all seemed like a stab in the dark. Volker fixed the issue which turned out to be some corrosion on one of the electrical plugs going to an actuator in the door. Professional service at a fair price.
  
  Volker has recently also fixed the brakes on my 325is E30. No shops could fix the issue with the terrible pedal feel. It now stops as it should!

  I've been dealing with Automobile Excellence and Volker in particular for over 15 years and needless to say I continue to recommend his services... His attention to detail and care for his customers is 2nd to none... I have on a couple of occasions driven to for him to check something out for me and there has been occasions where he will stop everything to fix (brake light fused) it there and then as he would not allow me to drive out of his workshop with it like that as he didn't want anything to happen. Remember guys you pay for quality and excellent care for you car.. If you don't want to pay, buy yourself a cheap car and head over to KMART Auto Service and get your $99 service... it's all relative... Volker from myself / my husband and my husband's company that also uses your services continue doing what you're doing. THANKYOU for everything... (ps I think I buy European cars just so I can get you to continue looking after them so well... Carla

  The most cleanest, knowledgeable and best mechanics around town. Was able to fit my car in at moments noticed. Went above and beyond to check whole car over as it was going to get a roadworthy inspection later that day. Thanks Volker!

  A fairly high hourly service rate but it means you get great care for your car. You can tell he dosn't want to rip you off. (100 times better then a dealership service center.)
  
  The printout at the end is proof of the work and care put into your car. Its detailed. He talks you through what the issues are, how to drive the car better, its fantastic service. Well worth it if you are driving a European car that you want to last.
